Getting to know you and your project

Tell us about your dream home. You have ideas or maybe even some design renderings and/or architectural plans. Send us your files and we will setup a meeting to speak in person and visit the site. We will take detailed notes, pictures, and necessary measurements to work on any required design drawings and a preliminary estimate for the scope of work. If you do not have plans or drawings we can connect you with an architect and/or an interior designer best suited to your taste and project.

Every project is unique

In construction, no two jobs are exactly alike. From the era that the property was built in, its age and condition, the characteristics of the area it was built in, the modifications, renovations and remodels made in the past — every project is unique. Once we see the property and gather all the information, we are ready to move into the design phase.
